MCI Events & Productions runs brand activations and roadshows across Singapore — mall atriums, hawker centres, community spaces and roving multi-venue campaigns. We handle concept, build, venue permits and the trained crew on the ground, which is what makes multi-location campaigns practical to run at all.
A roadshow is a logistics problem wearing a creative brief. Ten locations means ten load-ins, ten sets of venue rules, and a crew that has to deliver the same experience on the tenth day as the first. We run these as programmes rather than as a series of separate events: one build kit, one trained pool of ambassadors, one reporting format across every site.
Our public campaign work has largely been for government agencies and health bodies, where the objective is behavioural rather than commercial — getting students to choose healthier meals, or bringing hawker stallholders onto a healthier-options scheme. That work is measured on participation, so we brief crews on outcomes rather than on footfall alone.

Questions
Our public sector programme work has run across extended multi-venue schedules, including an 18-month schools programme. The practical limit is usually the client's budget and calendar rather than our capacity.
Yes, and this is the main reason clients consolidate roadshows with us. We maintain a bench of over 400 trained staff, so the same team briefs, builds and mans every site.
Yes. Permits, build approvals and venue compliance are part of the scope. On a multi-venue campaign this is a significant share of the work and is not something we leave with the client.
Yes. A large share of our activation track record is exactly that, delivered for statutory boards and health institutions under formal contract.
