MCI Events & Productions is a Singapore event management company that plans and runs events end to end: objectives and concept, venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget and timeline management, permits, and on-ground operations on the day. We have delivered multi-year programme contracts for Singapore government agencies, including an 18-month schools programme for the Health Promotion Board.
Event management is mostly the work nobody sees. It is the vendor who confirms in writing, the contingency for the wet-weather plan, the timeline that survives contact with a venue's actual load-in window. Our process runs brief, strategy, execute, review — and the review is not a formality, because most of our public sector work is repeat programme delivery where the next activation is shaped by the last one's numbers.
We are used to the documentation side of public sector work: scoped proposals, itemised costs, and reporting that stands up after the event. For agencies procuring through GeBIZ, that paperwork is not overhead — it is most of what separates a compliant bid from a rejected one.

Questions
The earlier the better for venue availability, which is usually the binding constraint in Singapore. That said, we regularly take on compressed timelines — our staffing bench means we can scale a team quickly when the lead time is short.
Yes. A substantial part of our track record is public sector programme work delivered under formal contract, including multi-year engagements for statutory boards.
Yes. We are often brought in partway, either to take over delivery or to run a specific workstream such as manpower or production alongside an existing planning team.
Scope is quoted per event rather than packaged, because a 200-person seminar and an 18-month roadshow programme have almost nothing in common. Proposals are itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included.
