MCI Events & Productions organises corporate events in Singapore: dinner & dance nights, awards ceremonies, conferences, annual general meetings, seminars, team bonding and product launches. We plan, produce and staff them with one team, so the agency that designs the run-of-show is the one calling it on the night.
Corporate events carry a specific risk: everyone in the room works for the client. A dropped cue at a public roadshow is a moment; the same cue at an awards night happens in front of the whole company and its leadership. We plan corporate work with that audience in mind — rehearsed, documented, and staffed with hosts who have run the format before.
The formats we run most are dinner & dance, awards and recognition nights, conferences and seminars, AGMs, and internal launches. Our awards and gala work in particular has been for organisations where the ceremony itself is the point, such as the Singapore Red Cross Awards and the Singapore Cancer Society's annual luncheon.

Questions
Yes. We manage a roster of bilingual emcees and hosts, and match them to the format rather than sending whoever is free — an awards night and a family day need very different people.
Yes. Much of our corporate and public sector work involves ministerial or senior institutional guests, which brings its own protocol, timing and security requirements.
Yes. Streaming is run by the same production crew as the in-room show, so the remote audience is treated as part of the event rather than an afterthought.
We regularly run events in the low hundreds. Below that, the honest answer is that a full agency engagement may be more structure than the event needs, and we will say so.
